IMPORTANT HEALTH UPDATE
Cassowary Tours & COVID-19
It is in everyone’s interest that we keep everyone as safe as possible during these unprecedented times. This includes our staff, our clients and the people we interact with during our tours. We are monitoring the government guidelines for travel and will act on them as changes are made.
As the country slowly reopens in the first instance we will be offering day tours and short accommodated tours around our local area and further afield.
While we can pick you up from your accommodation or, if you have your own transport, you may feel safer meeting the guide at an appointed destination and only interacting with him in the open air.
How you can help
Please do not turn up for our tours if you any of the following
Temperature
Cold or Flu Symptoms
Feeling unwell
Been in contact with a confirmed case in last 2 weeks
How we can help
Smaller Private Tours
All tours will be on a private trip basis with no more than 4 people plus our driver in the vehicle at any one time’
Extra cleaning between tours
The vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised between each tour
Provide Hand sanitiser
Hand sanitiser will be available in each vehicle
Temperature testing
Clients will be temperature tested before departure and we will reserve the right to refuse to take out people with temperatures over 38°
